Carrier, delivery and collection

At SuperSellerS you can choose to have your items shipped directly to your address – or pick them up yourself at our warehouse in Vejle.

Pickup at SuperSellerS
You can collect your products at our warehouse during opening hours. If you have ordered a large quantity of products, please be aware that it may take 5–30 minutes to locate your items. It would therefore be very helpful if you could call when you know when you will pick up the products. You may also arrange for a carrier to collect the products. In that case, please let us know the planned pickup time for your products.

Delivery
We cooperate with several carriers to deliver the products to you safely, affordably, and quickly. Common conditions for these carriers are:
Someone must be available to receive the delivery; otherwise the products will be returned to a shipping hub.
You must inspect the delivery for damage when you receive it.
You must check that you have received all parcels.
If you find damage, you must register a complaint / inform the carrier before signing the delivery note. If you find damage, you may refuse to accept the products.
If you discover concealed damage after delivery, you must file a complaint directly with the carrier/driver within 3 days. Below you can see the different carriers we use.

PostNord
Smaller packages. If no one is available to receive the products, you will receive a note in your mailbox and the products will be placed at the nearest parcel shop where you can collect them.

Danske fragtmænd
Large orders, glass displays, slatwall panels, glass and mirrors are shipped with Danske fragtmænd. Anything over 1.75 meters and pallets are shipped with Danske fragtmænd.
Danske fragtmænd can handle packages, pallets, etc. by truck, ship, or air. Danske fragtmænd offers several options, and we will always try to choose the most cost-effective one for you.
