Shipping damage — what should I do?

Shipping Damage – What Should I Do?

When you receive the goods, it is important that you immediately check whether the packaging has been damaged. If there are signs of damage, do the following:

  1. Complain directly to the carrier/driver so that the damage is noted and photographs can be taken on site.

  2. If you still accept the package, you must state that you accept it with reservations.
Alternatively, you may refuse to accept it so the item is returned.

  3. Take your own photos of the packages and any damages.

  4. Open the packages immediately and check whether the items are also damaged.

  5. If an item is damaged, take photos and contact the transport company — or us — as soon as possible and no later than within 3 days.

  6. Send photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item to us at: info@supersellers.dk

We will assist you with handling the damage claim.
