Shipping policy

Pickup at SuperSellerS

You are always welcome to pick up your items directly from our warehouse during opening hours.

Small orders can be packed within 15–30 minutes. Larger orders take a little longer to locate and prepare. It helps both you and us if you call when you know when you will arrive so we can have your order ready for pickup.

You can also arrange for a carrier to collect the items yourself – we just ask that you let us know in advance when the pickup will take place.


Delivery

We work with several carriers to ensure your items arrive quickly and securely.

The following applies to all deliveries:

  • Someone must be present to receive the items. If no one receives them, the shipment will be returned to the carrier’s terminal.
  • Immediately check that the delivery is complete and undamaged.
  • Count whether you have received all packages (boxes/pallets).
  • If the packaging is damaged, inform the driver before you sign for receipt – or refuse the delivery entirely.
  • Hidden damage must be reported to the carrier within 3 days of receipt.

PostNord

Smaller parcels are shipped with PostNord.
If no one is home at delivery, you will receive an SMS notifying you that the parcel has been delivered to the nearest parcel shop.

Danske Fragtmænd

Larger shipments – e.g., glass displays, slatwall panels, mirrors, pallets, and items over 1.75 m – are sent with Danske Fragtmænd.
They handle pallets, custom sizes, and fragile items, and we always choose the most economical solution for you.


Delivery time

We dispatch your items as quickly as possible, usually the same day. The vast majority of shipments arrive within 1–2 days.
Product pages indicate whether items are in stock.


When your order is shipped

When you receive your invoice by email, it means your order has been handed over to the carrier.
(98% of our packages are delivered the next business day.)

Soon after you will receive a separate email with track & trace information so you can follow your order.


Delivery to a private address

Yes, we can deliver to private addresses – but please note:
We primarily sell to businesses (B2B), and it is usually cheaper to have items delivered to a parcel shop or business address.

Not all items can be delivered to a parcel shop, for example:

  • Grids
  • Glass display cases
  • Slatwall panels
  • Side trims and wall rails
  • Certain mannequins
  • Counters
  • Heritage shelving
  • Mirrors
