Ordering and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit and debit card as well as MobilePay. You can also pay by bank transfer (prepayment). All prices are shown excl. VAT.
When do I need to order to get same-day delivery?
If you place your order before 12:00, we will generally ship it the same day. Most deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days.
Delivery and shipping
Who delivers my items?
We use PostNord for small parcels and Danske Fragtmænd for larger and heavier items such as glass display cases, mirrors, panels and pallets.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You are welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse in Vejle. Small orders are typically ready for pickup within 15–30 minutes.
Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?
Yes — you will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Can all items be delivered to a parcel shop?
No — certain items such as glass display cases, mirrors, panels, mannequins and doors cannot be delivered to a parcel shop and require direct delivery to the address.
Returns and complaints
What is your returns policy?
You have a 14-day return period from receipt of the item. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

What do I do if my item is damaged on delivery?
Contact the shipping company immediately and document the damage with photos. Also notify us at info@supersellers.dk within 3 days of receipt.
When will I get my refund?
Approved returns are refunded within 10 business days to the original payment method.
