Steamer – acting up?
We’re with you every step of the way
A steamer is an effective everyday work tool. But even the best machines may sometimes need a little extra help. At SuperSellerS we take pride in helping our customers quickly — so downtime is kept to a minimum.
Phone support – the solution is often simple
If your steamer isn’t working as expected, the first step is often a phone call to our customer service. Many inquiries concern correct use and maintenance—especially descaling.
Scale buildup is one of the most common reasons a steamer loses performance or stops working properly. With the right guidance, the problem can often be solved quickly so the machine is ready for use again. Read our step-by-step descaling guide and get started easily.
In-house workshop and technical inspection
If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we have an in-house workshop where our technicians can inspect the steamer and identify the cause of the problem. We assess the machine thoroughly and ensure the best possible solution. If necessary, we handle contact with the supplier and assist with the further repair process.
Loaner steamer during repair
We know that many shops and businesses rely on their steamer in daily work. If a repair or warranty case takes longer, we therefore—when possible—offer a loaner steamer for the period. This way work can continue without unnecessary interruptions while your own machine is being serviced.
Service is part of the product
When you buy a steamer from SuperSellerS, you don’t just buy a machine. You also get access to advice, technical support and help if something goes wrong.
Our goal is simple: to get your steamer back up and running quickly so you can focus on your customers and your business.
If you have questions about your steamer, you are always welcome to contact us. We’re happy to help.
