Stands are delivered without 4 x AA batteries and hand gel. We recommend rinsing the dosing nozzle with warm water at every refill to prevent nozzle clogging. If the dispenser stands unused for a period, the nozzle may become blocked by dried gel residue. This can be resolved by cleaning the nozzle with warm water.
