Pickup

You can pickup your products at our warehouse in our opening hours. If you have ordered a large amount of products, please be aware that it can take 5-30 minutes to find your products. It will therefore be a big help if you can phone when you know when you will pickup the products. You can also book a carrier yourself to pickup the products. In that case we would also like to know the time for the pickup of your products.

 

Delivery

We coorporate with several carriers to deliver the products safe, cheap and quickly to you. Common for these Carriers are:

There must be someone to accept the delivery, otherwise the prodcuts are returned to a cargo hub.
You must check the delivery for damages upon receiving them.
You must check if you have recieved all colli's.
If you find damages, you must protest/ inform the carrier before signing the freight bill. If you find damages you can refuse to accept the products.
If you after delivery find hidden damages you need to complain within 3 days directly to the Carrier / driver. Below you will see the different carriers we use.

 

PostNord

Smaller packages. If there is none to receive the products, you wil get a notice in the mailbox and the products will be placed in the nearest parcel shop where you can pickup the products.

 

Danske fragtemænd

Large orders, glas displays, slatwalls, glas and mirrors are shipped with DSV. Anything over 1,75 meter and pallets are shipped with DSV.
DSV can handle parcels, pallets etc. with truck, ship or plane. DSV offers more options and we will always try to choose the one cheapest for you.

Smyril Blue Water

Orders to the Faroe Islands are shipped with Smyril Blue Water. You pay SuperSellerS for shipping in Denmark to Kolding and you pay the rest of shipment directly to Smyril Blue Water.
