Prices

Prices quoted are ex. VAT and ex. freight.
This applies to all material produced by SuperSellerS both, printed, verbally and on the webshop.

SuperSellerS offers price guarantee - If you can find the same product cheaper in Denmark before the purchase or within 8 days after the purchase, we will lower the price or credit the difference.

Payment

Payment is net cash ex. works.

Prepayment via bank account, Dankort, VisaDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MobilePay and JCB.

Payment with credit card are withdrawn on acceptance of order.

Payment with Dankort and VisaDankort is without fee.

Payment with Danish MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB are subject to fee charged by card provider.

Payment with international MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB are subject to fee charged by card provider.

Delivery

We deliver as soon as possible, unless otherwise agreed.

We try to ship orders, to Denmark, placed before noon (12.00) the same day.

The order is considered delivered when it is handed over to the carrier.

Complaints

Defects must be advertised to the seller within 3 days.

Transport damages (visible or hidden) must be advertised directly to the carrier / driver.
Be careful not to sign for a shipment with damages.

Products can only be returned by agreement with the seller. There is an offset of 15 % for handling the return of goods.

SuperSellerS only sells B2B. Since the purchase are between to companies and according to the Danish Contract Act the purchase is not covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Warranty

SuperSellerS offers 12 months product warranty. However, it does not cover, wear and tear, misuse and inadequate maintenance.
